Nissan Announces Dates for Nissan Leaf Zero Emission Tour

Nissan North America announced that the Nissan LEAF zero-emission, all-electric car will make its North American debut in Los Angeles on Nov. 13. 2010 Buick LaCrosse Named Insurance Institute For Highway Safety Top Safety Pick

The 2010 Buick LaCrosse luxury sedan earned the IIHS newest Top Safety Pick Award. To qualify for the Top Safety Pick, a vehicle must earn the highest rating of good in the Institute’s front, side and rear tests, and offer Electronic Stability Control (ESC), which comes standard on the LaCrosse.

Bridgestone Presents Eco-Friendly Tire Ranges

During their press conference at the Tokyo Motor Show, Bridgestone’s exhibit focused on its environmental-related capabilities, products, and various activities. ECOPIA combines eco-friendly performance such as higher fuel efficiency and safety. The RETREAD tires can reduce by two-thirds consumption of raw materials such as natural rubber and CO2 emissions generated in tire production.
